CAPITAL ONE: I'M HERE BECAUSE...
Capital One was looking to hire 1,000 technologists in McLean and were specifically trying to move the needle on hiring diverse candidates. Instead of focusing on a traditional tech message, we chose to highlight individual Associates and let their experiences tell our story. We hoped to humanize the brand and showcase how individual contributions are valued and defined by the Capital One culture.
