LINKEDIN TALENT HUB 101 MICROSITE
Prior to the development of this microsite, new customers would have to wait (up to 8 weeks) for a 1:1 connection with an Implementation Consultant who would guide them through the complex process over multiple calls. After Talent Hub 101 was launched… we reduced the wait time for customers from 8 weeks to 0. It was a win/win for customers and LinkedIn. Customers were able to take control of their Talent Hub education experience, while allowing for more scalability and automation of the product. Cross collaboration and clear communication between clients, teammates, dev and everyone involved really helped make this such a success and helped inspire future work.
