ROYAL BANK OF CANADA BRANDING
RBC wanted to appeal to millennial audiences and change candidates' perceptions that RBC is an extremely traditional and stodgy bank. We worked closely with RBC to create their new employer brand, and used focus groups to narrow down both concepts and messaging. We developed brand guidelines, built a custom image library, and produced 8 employee videos.
